As the creator, producer and host of Conversations from Here, Dana is also an ACE-Certified Health Coach, a Yoga Alliance-Certified Instructor and a teacher of Taoist Qigong & Meditation. In her spare time, she enjoys doing photography, visiting with animals and exploring the natural beauty of Middle Tennessee where she lives with her husband Brad Watson, their cat Jack and dog Spud.
